Please help me!!!
A week ago on my zc i spun a rod bearing gue to low oil. So i replaced the bearings and it still knocks, so i took the bearings back out and noticed that the bearing that replaced the spun one is wearing very fast like it might go soon, why would one bearing keep getting messed up? the crank seemed to be in good shape. Also how do you get the main girdle off to check the main bearings, i took off all the bolts but it wont come off and i dont want to bend or break it.
My guess is your crank is out-of-round at the location of that bearing. Get exact measurements all around it at like six different places, make sure they're all the same. You should probably take it to a machine shop.
And if the "main?" caps are off, the crank should lift right out. It takes a little force to get it to bust out initially.

im not tryin to pull out the crank i just want to get to the main bearings, and there is the girdle that goes over the top of all the mains ang i cant get it off. i pushed, pulled, hit with rubber mallet, but i dont really want to pry and bend something. anybody has same problem?
Unless I'm totally confusing the names of ****, then the main bearings are what the crank rides on. In order to replace them, you must remove the crank.
Each of the main (or crank?) caps have little dowels that sorta "plug" them into the block. You've got to carefully pry/dislodge each one to access the main bearings.
Of course I've never been inside a ZC before, so maybe I should just STFU
