does it include all the rear plastic panels as well...cuz i dont believe u can use the US panels with the JDM interior

The usdm rear panel is the same if your talking about the panel that covers your taillights.

The usdm panel is NOT the same. You will need the side panels to install correctly. Although they will fit about as good as usdm itr rear seats.
