Default Highest safest redline on GSR

whats the highest safest redline I can go up to on a stock block GSR. My car is in the shop now to get some head work and the shop recormended me getting their valve train(titanium retainers and springs). I know this will allow the head to take a beyond stock rev limit shift, but what will my bottem end be able to handle safely. I am very hard set on not damaging my motor after I get it back because im pushing my budget as it is just to get the work done now and throwing a rod or somthing cause of to high of a shift is the last thing i need. Also what could be another advantage of having titanium valve springs and retainers?

That's correct. The stock GSR has a rev limit of 8200 rpm.

Take it to the moon if you want -

As a famous engine builder on here once said, "RPM = Ruins People's Motors"

The higher you go, the more wear it will have. If you plan on a rebuild down the line, then take it higher - but only if it makes power there (I doubt it will, but let us know your cams).

well right now im just doing a drop in of a CTR intake cam wit GSR exhuast cam, so I know a higher redline aint gonna help that. If im not satisfied wit what i get wit that set up I can go wit some skunks. I just wanna know what a stronger valvtrain can do for a motor besides allow it to rev higher, and what will my stock bottem end be able to handle with no problems when i install hondata and can set a redline.
