Engine Fan keeps turning on

Engine Fan keeps turning on
I have a 95 Integra LS with 170k. I drive around and the temperature guage is less than 1/4 of the way from Cold, but I notice when I idle the fan keeps turning on. What gives? Doesn't seem to be overheating or anything. Any clues?
