GSR block B16 head?

GSR block B16 head?
Anyone know of any problems I'd have if I attempted to do this? I wanna make more power and I can get a GSR motor at a good price from a guy but I have a B16 in my car and the head has been sent to the machine shop and has had some money put into it. I was thinking about doing this and getting some kind of new ecu with tuning program.

Nevermind. My goofy *** should have searched first. Poor mans Type R. So my new question is what pistons could I get and would there be any problems after it's all up and running?
