Pedal assembly removal

Default Pedal assembly removal

has anyone done it? as in removed the brake and accellorator pedals. i'm able to remove the clutch pedal but could not remove the other assembly.

can anybody offer any help or konw where i can find help, i checked the helms and searched google and ht, no luck.

well at least not the retail helms. but the free distributed one, went through that manual.

Its easy once you have your dash board removed. There is alot of bitch work and if you have chubby hands you are in for trouble. Im a slim guy and I have a hard time.

Swivel sockets, gear wrenches are all good tools to work around this area. Good luck.

why not bother??
the pedals are different and they have rubber on there so that your feet dont' slip as easily and of course cuz its jdm bling y0w!!!!

I have wanted to add those pedals to my car as well. They are very similar to s2k pedals. Keep us informed how this project turns out....

Your stock pedals should have rubber on them, so your feet don't slip.

Hell, I've still got my old Mugen pedal set sitting in the basement, waiting to be removed from the last pedal set and installed on the current car.

hey bbasso, i don't have before pics unfortunitely
but i will definitely have after pics.

have you seen the type rx pedals?? if you haven't perhaps you should take a look they are like the s2k, and the rubber are raised and trust me its a better feel in compared to the stock rubber.
