when i am at a stop light or when i am stoped the temperature guage climbs almost to H...but when i am cruising or rolling up in the highway it stays cool..what can be wrong..Help anyone.

 

FAN.....CHECK RELAY and FUSE..........thats what it sounds like

 

had a freind say it was radiator cap..but who knows..where is the relay and fuse located..im so new to this..

its the black one...the one outlined yellow.......the other outlined green is for headlights

I had the same exact problem last week, I took the advice from H-T altho i shoulda searched first cuz this seems to be a huge repeating topic.. But anyways The Fan was my problem it wasnt getting power so check the fuse and the relays like he said and i also flushed my system at the same time but i doubt its the cap.. But you can allways do a preasure test and find out for sure
