How much would you sell them for without tires?

 

$350 without tires is the lowest I would go. People sell banged up SI wheels for $400 all day long. These are better than any SI wheels that i've ever gotten close up to.

 

I think that my offer was fair for these wheels shipped. Did you get any prices for shipping them? I will pay you actual shipping plus the $400.
