88 Acord 95 civic

My 1995 Civic Hatch recently go wrecked and a friend of mine wrecked their 88 accord, and before the insurance comes to take his accord are there any parts that would fit my 95 hatch?

take his battery , bulbs, lenses, wheels, shiftknob/boot then sell the stuff..
