what kind of spray paint to buy for skirts?
jsut wondering if there are certain kinds of spray paint cans I should buy. I've heard people use 500 degree whatever the hell that means. I wasn't sure if there was a certain kind I should get. I just want a flat black cuz I'm taking my side skirts off and givin em a couple coats of flat black. And this car will be driven in the winter so keep in mind salt, snow, etc. Does clear coat come in cans of spray paint or something? (sorry for the n00bness but this is my first time doing custom detailing on the outside)
just want a flat black to match my body color, don't care for shine even tho it'd be nice. If it comes in cans and not expensive maybe I will. What kind of clear coat should I buy? Was planning on going to either pepboyz or autozone.
edit: oh and by the way, my car sees a lot of sun so anything that'll help it from fading?

Duplicolor Trim paint
Comes in regular rattle cans. Green bottle with a black cap. About $5 a can.
You don't really need clearcoat on the flat black.

So just look for Duplicolor Trim paint in flat black? I know somewhere I read people using different degree paints or whatever. Anything special I should look out for?

It only comes in flat black I think. I don't think your car exterior ever heats up so much as paint would melt. If you want to use the 500 degree stuff go ahead. Personally I've never tried it so I would stick to trim paint.
