Is there any difference between left and right axle SHAFTS??

I got my swap axles dissasembled (two ends with the shafts, tranny cup and half shaft cup), One has a red mark and the other a blue one, how do I know which is which??

thanks</TD></TR></TABLE>B series axles are the same I believe as they are equal length. If they're not, I've allways gotten lucky b/c I've never even thought to look.
