type r pistons on b18b?

do u all think it is worth it to put type r pistons on a b18b? will any power be gained from doing so or is it just a waste of money? thanks

You'll get a 10.3:1 CR with USDM ITR pistons and 10.7:1 with the JDM pistons. Personally I would go with the CTR ones to get a 11.6:1 CR.
Will it be bad for the motor, only if you detonate or start knocking.

You will have to mod your LS rods or the pistons to get them to fit.

I HAVE THE JDM ITR PISTONS IN MY B18B I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE CAR DYNOED BUT I FEEL A DIFFERENCE IT'S LIKE VTEC KICKS IN AFTER ABOUT 3K RPMS IT'S PRETTY COOL
