Rover 620i (F20Z2 engine) wich oil?

Can sombody help me? Wich oil I need for my Rover 620i with the Honda Accord engine (1994)

10w30...try the german castrol, check the label to see where its made.

honda recomends 5-w30 over 10w on all the F motors ive ever seen...but i could be wrong
