Nope, never heard the Border II, but I just installed the fireball on my car tonight and it sounds AWSOME!!! I know if the Border II sounds anything like the Fireball, you'll love it! I thought it was going to be loud and "ricey" but it tured out to be hella low!!!!! It weird too, after about 5500 RPM's I can't hear the exhuast anymore, all I hear is my intake!!!! I figured it would screem in the uper RPM's. Anyways, I LOVE HOW IT SOUNDS!!!!

Fireball rules! I still think its a bit too loud at 2000-4000, but after that it sorta quiets down into a sharp shrill, very nice!
