Well, a while I was asking around about B18 swaps for a 1990 CRX.... My buddy ended backing out of the project due to loss of cash, and now I am short 575 give or take from miscellanious work on the car, and I kept the engine, which costed me around 200 bucks to move the car, pull the engine, and get tools and whatnot. Basically, I am short close to 800 bucks and I need to figure what I can sell the engine for.

It is a B18A1 taken out of a 1990 Acura Integra LS, has about 140k miles, but runs good. The car was in the family, so I know the tranny is a little picky, may need overhauling along with the rest of the engine. I have the fuel harness, the grey fuse box that was under the driver's left hand side, the original ECU, the axles (probably not worth keeping, but Autozone does consider them as core charges), and probably more that I have forgotten about.

I have pictures and can look at what else I have. The head is separated at the moment, as I had to move this in a small car.

What should I ask for it? How much am I going to lose here?

well, i called a salvage yard in colorado today to see how much they would get for a b18a, and for a 30 day guaranteed running b18a, no trans, it was $450.

but with ecu, trans, & axles, i would ask probably $600-800. ls trans go on ebay for like $300 though, soo .. its pretty wide open.
