JDM Vs. USDM front end
here is a CRX USDM/JDM:
USDM:

(pardon my busted hood and horrible gaps =P )
JDM:

(my fiancé's RSX-S A-Spec next to my CRX
)
*notice: i am using USDM corner lights and fenders. JDM would have 1 bulb clear corners and small sidemarkers in the fenders. but the USDM parts can be used interchangeabley.

no, my fenders and corner lights are USDM.
the headlights are what change everything. they are about 2" wider than USDM, and in turn, require a hood with larger opening to accomodate, as well as a bumper cover to do the same. in doing so, the bumper lights are different to fit in the bumper.
the shape on the outer sides of the headlights are the same as USDM, hence why the fenders and corner lights work.
to recap my JDM parts on the front of my car are:
- Hood
- Headlights
- Bumper
- Bumper lights
- ( and the fogs are JDM too, but not required for a front end swap)
USDM:
- Fenders. Only difference between USDM and JDM fenders is a whole for sidemarkers, which you could drill out yourself)
- Corners.
Since Japan used sidemarkers, there is only one bulb inside the JDM ones - as a running light, your side blinker is the sidemaker.
VegasEFHB - Thank you. I do what i can. those first pics are of my latest CRX project, but won't be going too far into the JDM realm with this one. thanks for the props nonetheless.

an siR hood,siR headlights, siR bumper, JDM bumpers? What modification was needed or did the siR bumper just fit right on?</TD></TR></TABLE>
USDM usesa 5mph bumper brace, the JDM one does not, and uses the wholes that the 5mph support uses to mount, so there is no modification other than not using your 5mph support (not a big deal)
the hood and rad support require some modification. from another forum im on, we've made a Front end/hood latch info pdf:

its a pretty easy modification to install the front end. its even easier on an EF9/HB.
