Default whats the best way to chnage brake fluid?

is this even needed? i know you have to bleed the brakes but what is the best way to do it? any and all help is aprreciated

what about the clutch fluid? does that need changing

btw, my gsr has now 72K miles

One of these days I plan on flushing my brake fluid, but I plan on getting one of those hand operated vacuum pumps so I can do it myself and not have to bother my friends to pump the brakes (one of my friends has pumped brakes several times for me, he's probably tired of it heh).
