Yo I just bought a 89 crx off of ebay it had the swap done but it came with no motor he said the motor was out of a 93 LS with a b18 the tranny is still in the car is there anyway to find out if it is a b18 before i go buy 1 the only number on the tranny are S1-1000757

 

an S1 is a B-series tranny

It sort of doesn't matter. All B series engines bolt to all B series transmissions. I would look for a 90-93 Integra, just because it's OBD0 and all the sensors will plug up.
