Default need some help from the turbo guru's

Alright, I decided I'm just going to turbo the d series cause I'm sick of being completely slow. Not going to do an engine swap cause I dont have almost 7k to do the k series swap. Here are some choices I have to choose from, but I cant decide which is the best. The first 4 are all used kits.

#1
SF equal length manifold with external 38mm TiAl wastegate
T3 Super 60 trim turbo
Custom turbo intake
Custom dumptube to atmosphere
3 inch downpipe
3 inch exhaust w/ resonator
75mm HKS Carbon Titanium Muffler
Custom Intercooler piping (Powdercoated Candy Red)
Custom Intercooler (In one side and out the other)
High quality silicone hoses with T-bolt clamps
Greddy Emanage with all 3 harnesses and support tool
RSX Type S injectors
HKS SSQV BOV
Vacuum lines
Turbo Oil feed hardware
Price= $2800
The only con I see with this kit is I lose anti-lock brakes

#2
Garrett T3 turbocharger
SF 4-1 tubular turbo manifold
SF 2.5" downpipe for maximum flow
SF PFM Fuel System
SF Intercooler: a 19"x7"x3" core with custom end tanks and transfer tube
SF Mandrel Intercooler Piping that is powdercoated red
TCC Works Type I Blow off valve
Steel Braided Oil feed lines and fittings
3/4" drain line and pan fitting SF's "no weld" pan fitting bolts directly to the pan
Synapse missing link
HKS digital boost controller
Autometer cobalt air/fuel guage and boost guage with pillar
Price=$2100

#3
Garett T25 DUAL BALL BEARING TURBO WITH MANIFOLD AND DOWNPIPE, HKS BLOW-OFF VALVE, ALL HOSES AND CLAMPS, FULL PIPING, GREDDY INTERCOOLER, SIDE GAUGE POD WITH OIL TEMP, BOOST GAUGE, AND A/F GAUGE, APEXI TURBO TIMER AND GREDDY EMANAGE WITH ALL THE HARNESSES INCLUDED
Price=$2100

#4
2 garrett T3 Turbo
*new (never used) oil feed line
*new (never used) oil drain line
3" downpipe
vortec fmu w/ fuel pump
Emanage w/ injector harness (bought from titleist71)
Turbo XS RFL BOV
Intercooler piping (black)
3" air intake to the turbo
3" Filter
Couplers & clamps
MAP sensor check valve
intercooler 12"
Polished Aluminum Alcohol injection canister
Alcohol injection nozzle
Pressure switch
synapses missing link
rsx-s injectors (bought from shadyimportracer)
Price=$2200

#5
Order one from: http://truehonda.com/inventory.php?a...ctdetail&id=14
I was told I can change up the BOV to any1 I want, have the piping for it done in 3" for the same price as listed. They also might change up the intercooler cause I dont like the idea of having all the piping for it on one side.

#6
Create my own(which will take me forver)

Any help on this decision will be greatly appreciated.

what car do you have? because you can swap a Type S motor and it wouldn't be that expensive.

the motor is like 3K and the swap is a couple of hundred. maybe like 6-7 hundred. it's better to swap because you start off with a better foundation and can make more power later. that's just my opinion though.
