soft brake pedal after brake swap
i recently switched to gsr brakes front and rear on a 92 civic i bled the brakes before i had the motor in while it was on jackstands got a pretty solid feel to the pedal, now that i have the motor in and have it running my pedal has become extremely soft to the point where i have to push it to the floor to get the car to stop...... i re-bled them once more and to my suprise after starting the car again the pedal must go nearly to the floor to stop
i have yet to change prop valve, master cylinder, or brake booster..........any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

you probabbly need to swap in the MC and prop valve

you probably ruined the MC by bleeding the brakes,
try gravity bleeding them, make sure the resorvoir is full all the time and let the valve's leak out for a good while one at a time..

for the gravity bleed, if that dosen't completly do it, get a buddy to help with the ole' two person bleed. if that still don't do it, you could either re-bench bleed the old MC or get a new one and make sure you bench it
