My 1999 Integra LS has a cam seal leak (the cap near the distributor) and I was wondering if any of you guys have done it yourself and how hard is it too do? I have everything all I would need to get would be some RTV Silicone and a torque wrench.

How much do shops charge for the replacing of the cap and do you guys use OEM cap or aftermarket caps?

go buy a manual, its very easy, just pop off the valve cover, remove the cam cap thats holding the seal in place and then replace it.
