question on omni power test pipe

i see that the omnipower test pipe is adjustable clocking i'm looking at the 2 1/2 inch jdm does anyone know if it adjust enough for the jdm dc sports header on a gsr in a 93 hatch?

Wouldn't a JDM DC header put the header back to a normal position on a Civic?
