good turbo for b16
im new to turbo stuff and i have been having trouble trying to find things out, am wondering if i should go with a kit or buy everything myself, and what comapnies are good, i already know im going to have to replace things in my engine so i can run the turbo. i dont really know how much pressure i want to run at, im just hoping to get 400hp. is that possible?

400hp from a b16 is going to require pistons/rods and a decent turbo setup along with a good clutch and engine management
