Default Short Ram Intake vs. Cold Air

What is the difference between a short ram intake and a cold air... they look almost identical!

Thanks

cold-air intakes have the filter under or behind the bumper. theoretically it takes in colder air, which is denser, thus more power. on the street it makes little to no difference. go with the short ram because there's less chance of sucking up water when it rains.
