I have a jdm itr motor, running ob2 stuff, and an obd1 ecu. Car was running great, and then i decided to go to martin. I got wheel hop like a ****, and then the car stalled. I have no fuel or spark now??? I checked all of the wiring, and it seems good. Tried new dizzy, still does the same thing. Tried a new main relay even, and still no luck. Anybody have any suggestions? I'm stumped as of right now. I didnt think wheel hop could mess up my ecu? But i guess i'll try another one tommorow i guess. I just want this damn thing to run.

checked all of those, minus the ecu wich i am checking tommorow thanks any more suggestions? This happen to anyone else before?
Are you sure there is both no spart and fuel? Or just no start? When you turn the car to ign 2, does the fuel pump prime? If the pump isn't running and the main relay is good, then I would have to say its the ecu or its connection at the ecu.

fuel pressure gauge at ignition two reads 0 fuel pressure. And took the spark plug out, and turned the car over many times, and zero spark from the spark plug. I hope its the ecu, cuz im all out of ideas.

if u have a solid CEL that doesnt turn off and ur ecu doesnt throw codes it could be a fuse. check ALL ur fuses. mine blew one under the dash and i had the same symptoms
interesting what fuse was it the alt fuse?
You could be on to something, no spark, no fuel ect.
Does the cel just stay on or does it go off for a fraction of a second before it comes back on?

My ecu is chipped. It's a hondata ecu, but i am running a kenji chip for now, until i was going to get it tuned. The light just stays solid.....I hate these damn cars sometimes, good thing i have a daily driver. lol.

Ok well i tried a different ecu, and still the same out come. I ground my diagnostics wire, and no cel, and the engine light just stays solid. I have now come to the conclusion, (hopefully) that the ecu is not getting power, like a ground wire, or power wire has come loose. Has this happened to anyone before?

its not the ecu, i tried 3 on mine, all same result...it probably a loose ground somewhere...when it comes to wiring, that is the aspect i hate about cars...
