what do i need for this swap
my friend has a 92 cx hatchback. he's trying to get a 94 ls engine with a 91 ls cable tranny...i dont know too much about it..but he wants to know what type axles, mounts, and ecu to use? any other things he needs?

Tell your friend to find a hydraulic tranny, it's going to make the swap a little easier. He'll need B-series axles (that correspond to the intermediate shaft being used), B-series mounts and brackets, and an OBD1 LS ecu.
