10W30 Mobil 1

 

heres what i use:

shell synth 5w40 - during winter
mobil synth 15w50 - tried that an will not use it again, their new formula shows lower pressure
switched to castrol synth 20w50 until i find something else for the summer or just stick with that.

 

Amsoil 0w30

I'm running Mobil1 5w30 or (Blue cap)
I ran Mobil1 15w50 on track events, but I keep hearing bad things about running that oil. It worked fine for me, when I used it though.

 

Plain old Castrol GTX 5w30.
Drive less then 5k a years so not worth using exotic stuff.

castrol gtx 5w30. only burns about 1/4 quart every oil change for normal driving with occasional vtec. haven't tracked the car, but even with my spurts of driving agressively or the autocross, i have never burned more than 1/2 quart.

 

Shes been getting fed 5W30 Mobil Synthetic all her life.

Up until a few days ago that is, looks like it'll be 5W30 Motul 300v from here on out, with considerable change intervals of course
