7 heat range plugs should be fine. Like BKR7E-11, gap to .038".

 

i see you have the BKR7EIX-11 wats the diferance between those and the ones you sugested?....and wat car is ur motor in? nice setup and times

 

The BKR7EIX-11 is the NGK iridiums plugs, the BKR7E-11 are V-Power plugs. Iridiums tend to last longer are supposed to have optimal spark. But, you are comparing $2.39 for the BKR7E to $7 for the Iridiums. You can get 3 sets for the price of 1 set.

For my new build, 1.8L 12.5:1 compression motor, I going to use the 8 heat range V-Power plugs. Just due to the price. I can change plugs more often without spending too much.
