Default anybody have this problem?

regarding stock struts/shocks off a del sol dropped on H&R RACE springs (off an EK 96-00 civic) they're 2.5Front 2.3 Rear for the EK.

it dropped the front of my del sol to about 1 finger wheel-well gap but the back stays stock heigh until my mechanic and i push down on the trunk... then it's the same as the front. weird? is anything wrong? or has the spring not settled in? i bought them used by the way.

when u push downt he back of the trunk it goes down, then when you release does it go back up or stay down? springs do take time to settle in and since the front of the car where the motor is is heavier it helped, but not at that proportion drive in sharp cirlcles both ways in a parkign lot to help it settle downa bit

it stays down... my car is gutted down to sheet metal and i do not have a spare tire. i bought it used so i wouldn't know how long the other person had it on their car because it was pretty much grease-less when i bought it.
