My Black 00 civic si is not in good shape. This car was passed thorough many owners. The paint does not appear to have the shine it is supposed to. The feel of the car is very rough and gritty. Waxxing didn't help. What can I do to make it look brand new again without getting a new paint job?

 

try doing a wash, then use claybar on the car........then wash off, then wax. That thing will look like it came out brand new from a dealership again.
