Default New setup too bouncy???

I recently got my suspension installed:

95 DX Hatch
Koni Yellow Adjustables
Neuspeed RACE Springs (used)

When I got the car is was horribly bouncy, I slowly adjusted the firmness of my shocks more and more till finally I had them at max stiffness, and the car is still pretty bouncy. Do you guys have any suggestions?

ALSO! My springs don't sit "straight" under my car, they are straight up and down when the car is up on jacks, but on the ground the kinda 'curve' like a c-shape on the shock.

Thanks in advanced

Make sure the springs are seated properly.

If you really care and want to fix this, you should jack the car up, take off the wheels, take out the struts and springs, and make sure the springs are seated correctly, and check for other things. As for bounciness, if adjusting the koni's did nothing, you might be sitting on the bumpstops.

What does that mean? I hear the word bumpstop so often .

I was thinking about getting some Ground Control coilovers that are made for the Koni shocks, would this most likely be an improvement?
