My 05 accord Steering Column is locked in place. I am on business 5 states away from home, should i tow to a dealer or try to have someone come out and look at it, though no dealers are open on sunday? I tried to pump the brakes and have someone push the car back and forth while I was gigiling the key. Any advice would be great. Could it be a blown fuse or something? Thanks

under warranty ..tow to dealer everything should be paid for

 

turn the wheel a little and turn the key. i posted when i first joined on the topic and it worked when someone told me.

 

did you try moving the steering wheel back and forth while trying key

 

is it automatic? if so turn the wheel hard one way and turn on the key.

 

i am with everyone else here, turn the wheel, it'll get you everytime.

 

thanks for all your posts, I had it towed today to the honda dealer and it's been there all day and the service manager and the two techs have no idea what to do as of it being there for 4 hours. So it appears turning the wheel didnt do the trick. Can't imagine what went wrong.
