tps? high idle?

tps? high idle?
i know not having ur tps sensor is bad but i just want to know if this is exactly the problem...i have a d15b2 i just bought to swap in my car and there was no tps....would that cause it to rise idle slowly to like 3000rpm...i just want to make sure its nothing else....
