Default wiring a b16 into an ls chassis ?????????

I have been searching and can't seem to find what I am looking for. I have a 95 ls shell and a built b16 engine and I am just a little unsure right now about what I need to wire the thing correctly. Do I just get an obd 1 harness for the engine and that all plugs in or will I need some special splicing since the car was origionaly a non vtec car. thanks for any help

you will have to hardwire the vtec solenoid. use a chipped p28 so you dont have a CEL for the knock sensor and you will be fine.

when i say hardwire the vtec solenoid i mean you have to find the pin out on the back of the ECU and run the power wire to the vtec solonoid. it's pretty simple. the hard part is finding the pin out wiring diagram

i've had 3 motors in. ls, b16, and now my built ls-v. ls wasnt bad. b16 was fun and my ls-v hasnt reached its potential yet. (retarted timing and b16 cams and broken mounts and grinding ls trans) so, i cant really vouch for my ls-v yet cuz my car is hurting and needs some attention. but i will tell you this. when i build my b16 it will see 12,000 rpm and 220+ whp. i got a buddy who has a b16 w/a milled head + ctr cams and he swears by it. not only that, but i know for a fact that if you build ur b16 head it can live in the 10k area.
