Hey guys I did some searches and seems most are having problems with the auto up feature just not working at all, however mine is making the attempt. It will go up about 3-4 inches and then back down, over and over same thing happens, battery has not been touched. Any ideas?

 

i just just got out of my 05 type s and realized it had the option to auto up and worked perfect. nice little feature but this is the only time i have used it and worked fine. ill let ya know if i have any problems with it.

 

well with the window up, try holding down the botton to make it go down, then hold the button to make it go up. Do this like 2 or 3 times, making sure you hold the button. Then try it.

I've never had a problem with my auto up window EXCEPT the 3x I left my lights on and it drained my battery. After I jumped it and drove around for a bit, it worked again.

Sounds to me like you have a broken window motor. Take it to the dealership.
