The rotor only goes on one way. To actually fit the dizzy to the head just make sure that the ridge is correctly lined up with the groove on the cam. From there put on the cap and run the wires and you're done.

there is only one way, u can hardly tell with a naked eye, one slot is bigger than the other dont force it. also when lining it up for final bolt down just get it as centered as possible.

i see what you mean how the dizzy can only fit one way. the problem is, it wont fit. the head is fully assembled. am i supposed to be able to pop it in the hole? or do i have to take the intake cam cover off to install the dizzy?

i was trying to search on a PR3 head date stamp and how to read it. i have a 2000 si, but this head was bought used/built. i dont know if it is obd1 and if so, i dont know if the obd1 dizzy is a different fit than my stock obd2 dizzy...im' just wondering if thats why i cant pop it in.

then again, if i have to remove the cam cover, so be it, just let me know. thanks!
