once upon a time, there was a nice pretty prelude. It had some big, shiny, silver wheels on it. (17's)

Time for those rims and my car to go their seperate ways.



SOOOOOO it was decided that it was time to replace them with our friend, the rota wheel. (in 16's).

Now, the hard part is choosing how to change my cars look. Its going to change it A LOT I know, but here is my first attempt at photoshop.

just out of curiosity, how much lighter is the gun metal, then the picture I have posted?

 

its like a really really dark gray...in between gray and black. i would go with the bronze.

 

I have gunmetal rims, they aren't the same kind of rim as you are looking at, but ill post a pic so you can at least see the color.

I agree, or at least don't get sub-zeros, those rims suck IMO.

 

Bronze. These boys forgot that you will be going faster because you'll be rolling on lighter rims.

bronze looks hot with that red

 

go with hyper black or gun metal. I have seen bronze rims on red cars and it puts off this kinda Christmas ornament feeling, like the red cars with white rims...but it's our car so go with what you want and enjoy.

 

bronze looks cool...especially on red...nice contrast of colors...

 

He may have lighter rims if he gets the sub-zeros ( I do realize that) but those rims look like ***.

 

I think they only look like *** in lighter colors, like silver and white.

 

That prelude looks mean!

Don't change...those rims look *** ugly compared to the ones you have now. Stay with 17...don't even change the color of the rims at least. It matches very well, nice and clean.

 

if you are going to change i'd say go with the bronze..... but your car looks good the way it sits.

I like the Silver ones the best.......Why not find some of the lighter rims in the same color? If the weight loss is what you are after.
