Anyone run adjustable cam gears with performance cams?
I have STR cam gears along with Crower Stage 2 cams for my JDM H22A. Runs fine with the cam gears set at stock position. Is it even worth it tweaking the intake or exhaust? I guess it'll screw the whole purpose of an aftermarket cam.
Yes I know, only a dyno will tell. Just curious to see if anyone has had any gains?

Agreed. Do NOT use other people's settings. You make actually LOSE power and if they are extreme, then you may actually damage your engine. Go to a tuner and get your car tuned.
