Im dropping off my car today for some new goodies to be installed: toda flywheel, exedy clutch, si tranny and a couple other little things. Im going to be carless for 2 days but it should be fun when i get it back. I know the break in period is going to be hard... then its time to hit the dyno

 

SI tranny? What was wrong w/ ur gsr tranny?

how much they charging u for installation on the flywheel and clutch?

 

im guessing he decided to switch to the SI tranny because it has shorter gear ratios (type R tranny w/o LSD).

 

yepp I want to hit 13s na and the tranny will definately help. No problem with my tranny whatsoever and it is for sale i just wanted shorter gears My mechanic is a friend so im paying 150 for install.

 

let me know how the toda/exedy combo feels, considering the same combo.

 

hmmmmmmm...... break in.... as jay for some help to just break it... he is good at that...
