Default Dash Problems

My 94 Civic Ex is having dash problems, i get no readings from my gauges, no lights saying the battery is on (on the 2nd key position) or the oil or transmission check. Any ideas on some problem that would cause this...???

This was happening to me last week. Your dash lights are controlled by 2 fuses. One is labebled as 'Backup Light' or 'Reverse Light' something like that. And the other is labeled as dash lights, or something.. I can't exactly remember, but it has 3 listings on your fuse cover for what it does.
