Car Wont Start! Help Please!!!

Car Wont Start! Help Please!!!
Ok we swaped a b16a into my freinds 91 Acura Integra every thing seems to be good I checked every thing lots of times... The wiring seems to be good, The we did change the time belt.
The engine seems like it wants to start but just wont fire up.. Like if it wasnt gettin enough spark to fire it up.. I was told that It my be My main relay, or that it might not be timed right....
If some one know what it can be PLEASE HELP THANKS
