What valvetrain would be recommended?
For buddyclub spec 3 cams should i go with upgraded valvetrain or should i stick with stock?if yes should i go itr valvetrain or switch my intake springs or go aftermarket?got a b18c

yes, you need to upgrade your valvetrain for the cams you want to use. for the price you'll pay for an itr valvetrain, you may as well go aftermarket.
