225/50/15 BFG drag radials 10psi in the tires when they are cold. 2nd gear burn out till you see smoke. ride the clutch on the launch and make sure the shift to 2nd has no wheel hop cause that is what killed all my runs tonight after this pass and all my best passes before. I am goin to snag up some traction bars here asap to get rid of that hope and it should do consistant 11.9's. Unless I get a race gas tune on the car I don't see it goin much faster than 11.9-12.0 consistantly because no matter what I do it always traps right around 117-118mph. this run was just extremly smooth. almost no hope in 1st and just hooked and went in 2nd smoothly with no hop at all.

That's sick dude! Congrats. The best I've been on street tires(Kuhmo Ecsta's) was 12.60 @ 126. I picked up some 225/50/15's and hope to get into the 11's on them w/ the stock LS longblock that's in my car right now(doubt it will happen ). I hope I see you in the PW/s Lanes.

thanks. honestly the car is consistant mid/low 12's but that run just felt so much smoother and the 330' proved it was. I am goin to pick up a set of traction bars and see if I can't cut down on spin/hop in 1st and also mess with tire presure. I may try to get the presure up a bit to cut down on the hop in 1st.

with your MPH you will hit 11's with a 1.9 60ft

That MPH came from the old motor though(B18c1). I have just a stock LS longblock in there right now. I've had great luck w/ the LS motors in the past though. Torque is what moves the mass

That was a good pass, and I can see that your car has good traction.

wait, im confused...can someone clarify? i always thought there were street tires, and then there were drag radials. what exactly did you do this on as it would seem its on dr's.

by the way, i completely envy your setup/et's.
