Can I get some opinions on racing without the hood on.

Wish I had a CF hood.

 

well, ive done it on my crx before on the street, made about a fenders difference in a run, why bother.

youd look like a ricer and ur car would not be noticeably faster. if youre serious about weight reduction, take out everything on the interior and then worry about exterior stuff..

 

Car is stripped interior wise. Every pound counts doesnt it

 

Find a carbon fiber hood. No hood's ghetto. I got one on eBay for $100 picked up.

You could be serious about weight reduction, but that's just ridiculous if your car's semi-nice.
