Default 93 LX Problem

I have a 1993 Civic LX.

I'm getting no power to my fuel pump.
I checked every fuse in the car, and they are all good.
When I hook a battery charger up to the fuel pump, it will prime and the car will crank, but when I turn the switch over, nothing happens, and there is no power going to the fuel pump.

Could a MAP sensor be the cause of this?
I took the one out of my 94EX and hooked it to it, but still no power to the fuel pump.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why there is no power to the fuel pump?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had actually overlooked the acg fuse, and put in another bad one without paying attention.

Also, The car was idling at about 1200-1500rpms when it was running, is there any way I can adjust the throttle cable/gas pedal for it to idle like normal.

I sprayed the gas pedal spring down with wd40, and the throttle cable at the throttle body as well, and it did no good.

This also led to me attempting to mess with the tightness of the cable a bit to try and lower the idle (thought that maybe the previous owner had tightened it too tight so that it was leaving the vavle open so it was flooding/idling high, and I then fucked it up. So now, yet again, Beatrice is not running.
