Which would lead to a quicker 1/4?!?!?!
my set up will most likely be 16' te-37's wrapped in dunlop sport 9000's or toyo t1's both @ 205/45/16
but when dragging, would i be quicker slapping on my stock 15's with drag radials, or the 16' volks?
would the extra grip compensate for less weight on the rim?
jason - who has too much time on his hands

it's a toss-up between the two tires.
i really like the dunlop sp9000, and the toyo t-1s is a great tire as well.
my best 60ft. on street tires(2.10) was on dunlop sp9000's if that helps.
but i hit consistent 2.15-2.25s on the t-1s also...

a friend of mine hit a full second faster changing from stock to 15' slicks, this was on a 2K1 civic Si, I'm sure it may be different on a R but just wanted to put in my 2 cents, since it is all I know about this topic.

Go with the drag radial. A lot more consistancy if you heat them up.
