i have a turboed b16a swaped in my 86 CRX, i did all the work my self(finished in march). when you start the car it idle fine, then it throughs a code. #14 Idle air control valve. i have tested the valve it works, and i got one from a junk yard just in case. They both test fine. so with a good IACV I start the car, throughs the code, and wont rev at all, just bounces, the main relay clicks rapitly when i turn off the car. i have checked that to and its fine. could it be the fast idle control valve, there is no code for it , but there is a sensor there
