installing ls carnk to gsr block question?help.
im dropping an ls crank and rods into my gsr bottom end and need to know if i still run all the crank bearings from the gsr or do i have to use the ls crank bearings?

I would suggest letting a qualified machine shop do this.
I had mine done by a machine shop.
From what I remember him saying:
Was wasier to just ditch the oil squirters (you can also shave the bolts where needed to fit)
On the crank, you can not use GSR bearings or rods as they are much wider than the journals on the LS crank.
Machine block where needed for crank to spin freely.
Thats about all I can remember.

thanks for your help. did you have the same set up and if so did it pull any harder? anyone else know any info on this?
