Default h22 swap or my B16?

I have a 00 B16 out of a wrecked Si. I traded the head for a Gsr one and I have ctr cams. The block is slightly milled and I have Omni valves to raise compression. My problem is I like my friends H22 in his eg. I was wondering your opinions on wether I should keep my swap and install it or to sell it and buy the h22. My goals are a semi reliable car that can achieve mid to low 13`s on Azenis in a Ek hatch. If anyone has thier cars with specs for comparing it would be appreciated.

The b16 will be harder to hit your goal without getting into the block with this going into the ek, not saying this can't be done, just saying the h22 would be closer to your goal right off the bat, whereas the b16 would take some money, time, and some tuning.

What do you think I could sell my swap for?
