Default What type of plugs and heat range should I run with my setup (see below)

My setup is as follows in an OBD 1 GSR
Jun 3 cams and springs with Crower Ti retainers
CTR pistons with ported and polished head
Hondata ECU, skunk 2 mani, 66 mm TB
AEM CAI, DC 4-2-1 header (soon to be replaced with a JDM 4-1)
B&M FPR and gauge
I just want to know what plugs I should run. Will I have to buy RC 310's also? If so, anyone have them for sale?

Try 6's first. The 7's might foul quicker.

PFR6G-11 or PFR6G-13 are both excellent choices.
